Project Management & Auditing Services (PMAS) is a newly created company focused on auditing and measuring project management practices to assess the organizational maturity of your business. We are a team of highly motivated, organized and process-driven Project Managers, with over 15 years experience in project, program and portfolio management across a multitude of industries - ICT, Manufacturing, Marketing, CRM, and Financial Services. In addition to the PMAS core team, we also maintain a network of associates with specialized skills that can be called upon for specific projects as required.

We have particular interest and experience in project auditing, ensuring projects are fully briefed with clear objectives, responsibilities and ownership, that costs and benefits are clearly determined and properly monitored and that projects are completed successfully in line with the plan, on time and in budget. 

Deirdre Waldron is the founder of PMAS, and has over 15 years experience in project, program and portfolio management, gained in Ireland and the US, in the ICT, CRM and Financial Services sectors. During her career she has held a variety of positions at Fidelity Investments, SmartForce/CBT Systems from Director of Project Management to Program Management Officer. She holds an honours B.Sc. from Dublin City University and is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Irish Project Portfolio Management forum.
